OK, so this is the quay at Roundstone in Connemara, but the mountains behind are known as the ‘Twelve Bens’ and are the highest mountains on the west coast of Ireland.

Day 171 – Welcome To Dublin…
Maybe not the most attractive view to greet a new arrival in Dublin, but then ferry ports are seldom anything other than run-down/functional. Pleased to say it got better when we left the port…
Day 142 – So Long…
Sadly, we won’t be waking up to this view of Porthleven tomorrow – yesterday was our last full day, and we headed home today. We’ve had a glorious few days in Cornwall (almost a fortnight in fact) – we’ve seen wonderful scenery, walked on some beautiful sandy beaches, and eaten some excellent food. What’s not to like! We will be back…

Day 140 – Last Rays…
Rather windy tonight here in Cornwall so didn’t venture out to take photos, but then this awesome sunset appeared… A grab shot with my trusty Sony camera captured it perfectly. 
Day 131 – Colours Of The Rainbow
So, a quick long exposure sunset shot, down by the harbour wall in Porthleven. An opportunity to try out my ‘lightweight’ kit of Sony A6300 and 16-70mm lens. Seems pretty decent. 
Day 88 – High And Dry…
Last morning of our short break in Dorset, and the weather didn’t disappoint. A quick walk down to the harbour before we left and a last chance to look at the boats. I figure we will be back before long…
