… and wine on. Saw this sign in one of our local pubs today and was rather amused by it. A glass of wine is definitely recommended for helping one stay calm. My new favourite motto…

Day 150 – Togetherness…
This monkey is on Half Term holiday this week, and wanted to spend some time with Grandad. So we decided on a bike ride, and jolly good fun it was.
Day 149 – Another Day…
… another meal out. Well, it would be rude not to meet with friends for lunch when asked. This is one of our current local favorites, and we weren’t disappointed. Trouble is, none of those chores are going to get done at home if we keep going out…
Day 148 – All Aboard…
Albrighton is typical of one of our small local railway stations. It only gets a few trains stop here a day, and is unmanned – you get your ticket to travel from a machine… This is a local service, bringing folks home from work or shopping.

Day 142 – So Long…
Sadly, we won’t be waking up to this view of Porthleven tomorrow – yesterday was our last full day, and we headed home today. We’ve had a glorious few days in Cornwall (almost a fortnight in fact) – we’ve seen wonderful scenery, walked on some beautiful sandy beaches, and eaten some excellent food. What’s not to like! We will be back…

Day 141 – Colours Of The Rainbow…
Just love this row of colourful beach huts at Swanpool Beach, near Falmouth. Each is named after a type of fish. When we walked back a while later, several of them were open, spoiling the symmetry of the shot.
